- Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed after we have received your order. This allows us to process and ship your order and does not include shipping time. Shipping times depend on your choice of carrier and service, and your location. In some circumstances, your order may be shipped directly from the vendor. In these cases, processing times may increase. Please allow at least 1 to 5 business days for shipping on top of the time needed to process your order. If for some reason your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified. While we try and get every order out as fast as possible, Volleyball Central cannot guarantee that orders with expedited shipping (2 day, Next Day) will arrive on time on any orders placed after 10:00am MDT. We will try our hardest to get your product(s) to you as soon as possible. Most expedited (2 day, Next Day) orders placed before 10:00am MDT will be processed by the following business day. In the event that a problem occurs, an order may not be processed by the next business day. We will notify you if any problems arise with your order.
- Shipping Rates and Methods
- Volleyball Central primarily uses FedEx to ship your orders. In some cases, orders will be shipped from one of our vendors using either UPS or USPS. Shipping rates are calculated on the My Cart page. Our shipping prices are based on weight and destination. Please add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and use the shipping calculator to determine shipping prices.
- Oversized Items
- Oversized items carry an additional handling fee of $15 per item. Items marked as oversized are indicated on their product page under additional details. We currently do not offer expedited (2-day or overnight) shipping on orders with oversized items. Should your order meet our $75 free shipping level, all non-oversized items will be shipped for free while the oversized item will incur a $15 handling charge.
- Alaska and Hawaii
- Orders with shipping destinations located in Alaska or Hawaii will incur extra shipping charges. At this time we cannot ship oversized or large items to these destinations. If you need an oversized item shipped to one of these destinations, please feel free to contact us to make the necessary arrangements. Additionally, our free shipping promotion does not apply to these destinations.
- Shipping for Canceled Orders
- If an order is canceled and the product(s) have already left our warehouse or one of our vendor's warehouses, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to receive the order and to return the item(s) back to Volleyball Central. We are unable to reimburse any shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error filling your order.
- Shipping Carriers
- Volleyball Central offers standard ground shipping, next day and 2 day shipping. In most cases, we will use FedEx to ship your order to you. Please note that if your order ships from one of our vendors, it may be shipped using UPS, FedEx or USPS. We will email you with tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
- International Orders
- VolleyballCentral has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply add the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Contact International Checkout for additional information at support@internationalcheckout.com.
- P.O. Boxes and APOs
- We currently do not ship to customers with a P.O. Box or APO. Should you place an order with the shipping address as a P.O. Box or APO, we will notify you and try to get another address to ship to. Otherwise, we cannot complete the order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- Orders Shipped With Free Shipping
- If your order was shipped to you via our free shipping promotion, be aware of the following policies: Our Free Shipping Promotion applies to Ground Shipping only. Our Free Shipping promotion is only available on orders over $75. Free Shipping is only available to the lower 48 contiguous United States and does not include Oversize or bulky items that add to the dimensions and weight of the package.
- Damaged Shipments
- We realize that sometimes packages can become damaged or lost during shipment. For items that have been damaged or lost, we will ship a replacement item back to you at no charge. Please note that if your order shipped from one of our vendors, they will ship a replacement back to you using the same method that was used to ship your order the first time.
- Tracking Orders
- After an order has been placed, processed and invoiced, we ship your order. Typically it can take up to 1 to 2 business days to receive tracking information after the item has shipped. If your order has shipped from our store you should receive tracking information in your shipment email. If your order has been shipped directly from the manufacturer, you will be notified as soon as we receive it from the manufacturer. Please note that if your order has shipped directly from the manufacturer it may take anywhere from 1 to 3 business days to receive tracking information for your order. If you need help tracking your order, feel free to contact us. If the order was shipped directly from the manufacturer we will be able to contact them and get a tracking number for you.
