Returns Policy

General Information
Scoreboard Sports carefully selects all products and services we provide. Occasionally, you may have to return something to us for a number of reasons. If you are unsatisfied with your product(s), return it to us within 30 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. Ordered a shoe and it doesn't fit? We will exchange for the proper size. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in original condition. If sold as a set, it must be returned as a set. Any items that have been worn outside will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition and packaging, and cannot be returned. Please try everything on indoors. Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.

Our Mistake?
Did we send you the wrong item? Wrong color, or size? No worries. We will promptly ship out the correct item at no cost to you. We will also arrange for the incorrect item to be picked up, so you don't have to worry about anything.
Basic Returns
Ordered the wrong item? If you ordered the wrong size, color or simply aren't comfortable with your item, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges. Simply ship your item(s) back to us and we will take care of the rest. Please be sure to fill out our product return form, located here: Product Return Form PDF. Please be aware that we cannot reimburse the price for the return shipping to us. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping the item(s) back to us, unless we made an error. If your order was shipped via our Free Shipping promotion, please read below for exchange and return policies.
Orders Shipped With Free Shipping
If your order was shipped to you via our free shipping promotion, be aware of the following policies: Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, and received your original shipment via the free shipping promotion, we are not able to ship your exchange order back via the free shipping promotion. It is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs both ways. Returns: On orders shipped via our free shipping promotion, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. If your order was shipped via our free shipping promotion and an item from the order is returned, shipping charges will be calculated on the remaining items on the order. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping costs. When returning an item, please send your item(s) using the base ground service of your preferred provider. Please do not use expedited or 2nd day air to return your item(s).
Closeout Items and DVDs
Closeout items cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are defective. There are no returns allowed on customized items, videos or DVDs with opened packaging. We cannot accept COD's or packages marked "Bill Recipient." Please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit.
