            I use this in an indoor league. It has a thinner profile than most, but is still effective for protection. A word of caution: sizing goes by height but I think it's for youth sizing. Even if you are 5'1", if you are an adult, buy the M/L.

              Normally I hate kneepads but these are great for any sport (especially indoor sports). They are breathable, effective, and don't slide down your legs when in play. The only downside is that if you have bigger legs than usual the knee pads might fit a little tight. I wear the M/L size, am an average sized male (5'8" 175 lbs.), and they fit me perfectly.
