Mizuno designed the Women's Wave Tornado 7 with their enhanced AP+ midsole technology to provide for increased rebound and cushioning, while maintaining lightweight performance that volleyball players require. Mizuno VS-1 technology found in the forefoot provides even more cushioning and shock absorption, while Mizuno Dynamotion Fit eliminates distortion and provides the perfect fit by relieving the stress the foot naturally places on footwear. Mizuno VS-1 technology resists compression-set, which extends the cushioning life of these shoes substantially. VS-1 is also incredibly lightweight and returns to its original shape after impact, providing increased durability and extending the life of the shoe even further. Dynamotion Fit utilizes a unique V-notch with stretch material in the medial forefoot, causing the shoe to contract in concert with the foot, creating the optimal fit for serious comfort and performance. The Wave Tornado 7 also features advanced Mizuno InterCool technology, consisting of a full-length midsole ventilation system that reduces heat and humidity inside the shoe during performance.
