The Mizuno Wave Tornado 5 Men’s Volleyball Shoes are a fresh update to the Wave Tornado line of men’s volleyball shoes from Mizuno, and feature new and improved technologies to improve performance and create an incredibly comfortable, versatile fit. The Wave Tornado line has always been one of the most popular volleyball shoes on the market thanks to its innovative, cutting-edge technologies that provide ultimate performance.
This year, Mizuno has added three exciting new technologies designed to provide a much more comfortable experience without adding much weight to the shoe. The Men’s Wave Tornado 5 features a new AP+ midsole that provides increased cushioning and rebound capability while remaining extremely lightweight. This has allowed the Wave Tornado 5 to provide a substantial increase in cushioning without adding much weight, which is extremely important for all volleyball players. Volleyball players will notice the AP+ midsole technology almost immediately.
Mizuno has also added its new Dynamotion Fit technology, which helps relieve the stress that the foot naturally places on the shoe, eliminating distortion for a perfect fit and improved durability.
The outsole of the Wave Tornado 5 features XG Rubber, an enhanced outsole rubber that provides for improved traction and flexibility on the court. Volleyball players who make quick cuts will love the new traction provided by the enhanced outsole rubber.
