    I rolled my ankle a couple months ago and it's kinda weak when I play volleyball or even stand sometimes. The ankle support I've had for about a month and it has made great improvements but it's really bulky in my shoes so sometimes my foot is just uncomfortable. Overall I would tell anyone who wants to heal faster to invest in one of these ankle supports.
