Ordering
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed after we have received your order. Shipping times depend on your choice of carrier and service, and your location. In some circumstances, your order may be shipped directly from the vendor.

If for some reason your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified. While we try and get every order out as fast as possible, Volleyball Central cannot guarantee that orders with expedited shipping (2 day, Next Day) will arrive on time on any orders placed after 10:00am MDT. We will try our hardest to get your product(s) to you as soon as possible.

Most expedited (2 day, Next Day) orders placed before 10:00am MDT will be processed by the following business day. In the event that a problem occurs, an order may not be processed by the next business day. We will notify you if any problems arise with your order.

Payment
Volleyball Central accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

Your privacy and security are very important to us. Volleyball Central is secured by Verisign SSL technology and is scanned quarterly to provide our customers with a secure, safe shopping experience. All credit card information is encrypted and secure between your computer and our web site using SSL technology.

Viewing Orders
You can view any current and past orders by logging into your account. Simply click the Log in link to visit your account dashboard. Then click "My Orders." You can then view all current and past orders.
Tracking Orders
Many orders will ship to you directly from our stores or warehouse facility. Some items may ship to you directly from the manufacturer. Please note that if we ship your item you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as we ship your order. If your item has shipped from the manufacturer, you will receive an email from us with tracking information once they have shipped the order to you. This may take anywhere from 1 to 3 business days to receive. We will ship your items via FedEx. Please note that our vendors may use a different carrier than FedEx. In this case, your order may be shipped via FedEx, USPS or UPS. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as it is available.
Updating Account Information
You can update your account information by logging into your Account Dashboard by clicking the "Log In" link. Here, you can change your payment information, address and personal info.
