Building upon the success of the 1140, the GEL-1150 Men's Training Shoes feature the Asics GEL Cushioning System in the forefoot and rearfoot. The GEL Cushioning System helps attenuate shock during the impact and toe-off phases, allowing movement in multiple directions. This allows the GEL-1150 to provide superior support for any movement imaginable.

The GEL-1150 also features a Trusstic System, which helps reduce the weight of the sole unit while retaining the structural integrity of the shoe. This allows the shoe to remain lightweight while still providing superior support in all areas.
