    Great shirt for playing volleyball. No movement restriction from the sleeves. Medium fit perfectly. Most regular shirts I'm between a medium and large. I got a little cold between games when the AC was on in the gym. I dive often and this shirt has held up fine so far.

      Almost too good at keeping me cool. I kind of wanted the AC turned down in the gym. I SHOULD be a medium size. With most normal t-shirts I'm between M and L. I got a medium one of these and it's an absolutely perfect fit. I just hope it doesn't shrink over time.

          love these shirts, very comfortable and doesn't feel like I have a someone on my back, dry's fast from sweat, wind goes right thru it. I hate sweat heavy shirts that feel s like they are holding you down, these shirts are the best for working out, running or just chillin out.
